About AI support: the amounts come from fixed calculation rules; the AI proposes the mapping of accounts and writes editable draft texts. The board reviews, corrects and adopts. Valuation, provisions, events after the balance sheet date and the going concern assumption remain judgements of the board (art. 2:362 and 2:384 DCC). Every generated passage is editable and stays marked as an AI draft until you have reviewed it.
