What is Exact Online Jaarrekening?

According to Exact, with Exact Online Jaarrekening you organise ‘an efficient and compliant reporting process thanks to standard reports’ for natural persons and micro and small entities. The trial balance is imported directly from the bookkeeping, and you work with work programmes from professional bodies and automatic checks (source: exact.com, product).

The annual accounts for micro and small ‘comply with BW2 Title 9 and the RJK’, according to the feature overview. On KVK filing for micro and small entities it says: ‘You need your own PKI overheid certificate for this’ (source: exact.com, features and prices).

There are two packages: Essentials at € 99 a month, with KVK filing and consolidation, and Plus at € 205 a month, with among other things a work programme and support ‘for foundations and associations’. ‘All prices are exclusive of VAT.’ Collaborating with clients is an add-on from € 1,25 a month, and you can try it free for 30 days (source: exact.com, product). How Jaarrekening.io works differently from Exact Online Jaarrekening

Exact Online Jaarrekening starts with the firm: an employee imports the client's trial balance and works through a standardised step-by-step plan (source: exact.com, product). Jaarrekening.io starts with the entity: the director or controller imports a trial balance or XAF audit file themselves and can invite the accountant to look along.

With Exact, the package sends the filing for micro and small, with your own PKIoverheid certificate (source: exact.com, features and prices). Jaarrekening.io sends nothing to the KVK. For micro and small you can enter the data yourself in the KVK portal Zelf Deponeren. The XBRL file of a large entity cannot go through that portal: an intermediary, usually the accountant, submits it with SBR software.
